Vendor Audit

Is required for the assessment of the software supplier. An audit may find that a supplier has either a well-established Quality Management System or is certified by a recognized third-party certification, such as ISO9001.

  • Procedural requirements for customers are not related to capabilities of SAP.

Tasks

  • Conduct an audit at SAP to assess the development life cycle of SAP R/3 and to evaluate SAP development against GMP requirements regarding computerized systems qualification/validation.
