MDF Projects (Program and Special Program) enables organizations to
define which channel partners are eligible to participate in the
particular program, which products are involved, and define the
reimbursement rate. Provide channel partners with initiative
templates that they can base their initiatives (certain marketing
activities) upon. A comprehensive enrollment process allows brand
owners to manage partner participation in channel marketing
projects.

Enables channel partners to manage MDF Projects (Program and
Special Program). Channel partners can enroll in MDF projects and
create MDF initiatives to request funding for specific co-marketing
efforts. MDF initiatives specify certain marketing activities that
a partner undertakes to promote brand owner products.

Funds and Fund Requests![]() |
Supports managing the administration, distribution, and consumption
of marketing funds and the respective budgets available to channel
partners for funding co-marketing efforts. Allow partners to
request marketing funds online. Brand owner can approve incoming
fund requests manually or automatically. Partners can assign and
manage their funds along their respective hierarchy structure, and
pass them on to lower levels. A fund checkbook gives partners an
up-to-date view of their available funds and the applicable areas
and timeframes for which they can use them.

Allows channel partners managing family members of a channel
partner corporate family to map their organizational structures in
relationship to the brand owner. Channel Partner Hierarchies in
Channel Marketing Funds are mainly used to manage funds along the
hierarchy structure. Partners can assign and manage their funds
along their respective hierarchy structure, and pass them on to
lower levels

Enable brand owners to manage and monitor channel marketing fund
budgets for partners. Allocates budgets by partner segment,
geography, or individual partner organization. Budget postings can
be used to update budget in funds and transfer budget between
funds. A fund checkbook reflects process lifecycle phases to
support budget auditing and traceability. Channel partners can
manage budget transfers to move budget between their funds.
