Enables partners to create, update, and check the status of service requests – for themselves and for their customer - throughout the entire service process.

Enables partners to create and manage service requests online. Partners can manage data including end-customer, product or installation, requested service, attachments, and desired appointment for a service visit.  It is planned to provide functionality that routes service requests to best-fit partners in a rule-based fashion based on attributes such as location, expertise and availability.

    Enables partners register products online. Supports the history and details of customer installation, including warranty processing and quality monitoring. In a future release it is planned to let partners register products for their end-customers

    Shows the monetary business volume of all orders related to an installation during a specific time period. Enables users to analyze the costs, revenues, and profit generated by an installation. Provides information about the location of installations and shows the amount of orders for an installation during a specific time period.
