Partner Training and Certification provides partners with self-service capabilities to request certifications and maintain qualifications.   Brand Owners can track and manage qualifications and certifications down to the employee level on each partner.   In addition, with SAP E-Learning, brand owners can provide partners with online access to training courses, curriculum and registration.

Allows brand owners to provide partners with online access to training courses and curriculum. Targets the most relevant courses and information to the right partners. Tracks course enrollment, participation, and completion rates for partners' employees.

    Lets brand owners create, target, and manage certification programs for channel partners. Tracks status and completion at the employee level. Ties numbers of employees certified in type of products and services back to the partner profile for use in partner analysis, partner segmentation, and lead distribution.

    Notifies the partner on the decision (accept or decline) upon a request for qualification.
