Provides partners with the ability to maintain their inventory balances for products to support availability checking and commitments in collaborative selling to end-customers. Enables brand owners to distribute orders to partners for fulfillment.


The following business goals and objectives can be achieved through the implementation of these processes:


Business Processes

Order Processing by PartnersSAP Component or Feature Available

Enables partners to view their incoming orders from the hosted sites or the collaborative showroom so they can accept the orders and start follow-up processes, such as sourcing the order items either from stock or from the brand owner.

    Replenishment OrdersSAP Component or Feature Available

    Allows customer orders that cannot be fulfilled from the partner’s stock to be reordered from the brand owner. Replenishes items fulfilled from stock.

    Fulfillment by PartnerSAP Component or Feature Available

    Allows the partner to fulfill customer orders in the case of on-stock availability or consolidated shipment of items to the partner. Gives customers the choice to pick-up the goods at the partner's store or have them delivered. Provides customers with access to the order status throughout the process.

    Drop ShipmentSAP Component or Feature Available

    Allows items not available in the partner stock to be shipped directly to the customer by the brand owner alternatively. Enables billing to be done by the partner while the brand owner handles shipping.

    Enables partners to download order in XML, CSV, and PDF formats.

    Routes orders to the appropriate partner, making sure the appropriate source is selected for each item.

    Allows the items of the shopping basket in the collaborative showroom to be handed over to the partner's Web shops if a partner has an e-commerce solution up and running. Lets customers complete the order in the partner's e-commerce solution.
