• Is an integrated services component of SAP Consulting
• Focuses on business consulting activities, predominantly in the global and top account customer space
• Works actively to involve and expand SAP Consulting at target SAP clients
• Provides strategic value to SAP and its customers in forming and sustaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
• Drives overall SAP Consulting services contribution to SAP America’s revenue and margins
• Works with SAP Product Sales and customers, where appropriate, to help influence additional SAP software sales

The ROI/Business Case Development process provides crucial information for decision making. Potential benefits are projected based on actual SAP customer experiences taken from surveys conducted by independent research firms. The process also considers the project time frame, costs, and other relevant business case requirements. Results of a detailed evaluation can be used during the implementation (project preparation and business blueprint phases) to ensure that emphasis is placed on improving those business processes that address the targeted business benefits, as illustrated in the business case justification.
