    Requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP), or requests for quotation (RFQ) for the entire project or a specific piece of equipment, material, or service can be published to preselected suppliers or the public.

    When contract negotiations are completed, purchase orders for parts of the asset project, a specific piece of equipment or a services job are issued. After work execution, suppliers confirm milestones or submit notification of hours worked and materials used. An electronic workflow is available to manage the approval process for the notification. After the invoice has been approved and received, the payment process can be triggered.
