An open interface to asset accounting is required to settle activities that must be capitalized directly to relevant assets and also to create new assets under construction. Assets must have both, financial and maintenance-specific views and have certain information synchronized between commercial and technical asset.

Enterprise Asset Management offers a broad range of reporting features for technical objects and operative instruments (such as orders and notifications). The information system also provides strategic evaluations for a company including MTTR / MTBR analysis.

This process provides standard KPIs like meantime to repair (MTTR), meantime between failure (MTBF), meantime between repair (MTBR) and others.

Reliability centered maintenance is a process used to determine the maintenance requirements of any physical asset in it's operating context. Therefore it is important to know, what are the functions and associated performance standards of the asset in its present operating context and in what ways does it fail to fulfill its functions. Furthermore, what causes each functional failure, what happens when each failure occurs, in what way does each failure matter, what can be done to predict or prevent each failure and what should be done if a suitable proactive task cannot be found?

Analyze reported damages on the technical object sorted by damages, cause codes and activities.

View stastistical information on object classes, construction year, manufacturer and acquisition value of the equipment

Monitor and analyse purchasing spend and procurement processes. Evaluate supplier performance by tracking and monitoring procurement processes. In addition use questionnaires to capture and analyse supplier performance.

Predictive Condition Monitoring analyzes process data by comparing actual measured values with estimated values that represent healthy operating

conditions.

Operator Dashboards are key performance indicators displayed on a screen to examine at a glance, before drilling down to detail in the BI tool.

This process forecasts costs for planned and unplanned maintenance activities and manages the associated budget with reference to the asset structure or a piece of equipment.

You use this business process to build a budget for maintenance activities related to technical assets i.e. Functional Locations and/or Equipment. The budget can be either zero or history based.
