Partner Communication enables brand owners to author, organize and publish information and tools to partners. Brand owners can target communications about new products, tools events, news and programs to the right partners at the right time. Information is personalized to each partner and employee based on their unique business needs. Additionally brand owners are enabled to provide partners with access to collateral ordering and fulfillment. Brand owners can tie fulfillment and orders to end customers for more effective tracking of expenditure.

    Provides partner with intuitive, searchable and convenient access to a repository of downloadable documents and tools including marketing documents, presentations, templates, sales tools, product information, price lists, etc.

    Provides partners with a complete, hierarchical overview of all available collateral with descriptions, images, price and availability, related products, etc. Searches the collateral catalog to find the appropriate items.
     
    Collateral Ordering and FulfillmentSAP Component or Feature Available

    Allows partners to order physical collateral online and to track the fulfillment of these collateral orders.
