Incorporates end-customer account information and interaction history into channel sales processes. Lets both partners and brand owners see customer account information and business activities. Provides a key capability.

Allows partners to access end customer accounts they have a relationship with, search it by using quick or advanced search capabilities, print it, and access all related information for a specific account.

    Allows partners to view, create and manage their end customer accounts. Both channel partners and the brand owner’s internal sales can access and maintain online the same account information such as address data, communication data and marketing attributes.

    Allows partners to view, create and manage end-customer account contacts. Partners can maintain details of a contact person, communication data, marketing attributes, attachments and notes, and contact person relationships for their end customer accounts.

    Follow-up ProcessingSAP Component or Feature Available
    Enables partners to easily create follow-up transactions without the need to re-enter contact information. To streamline the handling of accounts and follow-up processes, partners can e.g. create orders, leads, activities and opportunities directly from their end customer accounts.
