The Career Success Centre is an online career centre where you can learn about SAP career management principles. MyCareer Roadmap is a guide to help you create your personal roadmap to a successful career at SAP. Career tips on topics such as interviewing and resume writing are readily available. You can also find out about open positions at SAP around the world. And you can access SAP's online performance management tool to document your performance goals and track your progress throughout the year.

SAP University

SAP University supports employee development by offering training to enhance professional and management skills. From traditional classroom courses and workshops to online learning, SAP University is an exceptional resource - a catalyst for discovery, achievement, and growth.

Targeted Training Programs

SAP also offers special training programs tailored for various audiences. One example is the New Hire Sales Boot camp, a training program that brings sales employees up to speed on the latest SAP products and winning sales techniques. And Management Excellence, a management development program, is designed to support managers in their growth as effective leaders.

High Potential Program
