Steve Rogers, Managing Director of the United Kingdom and Ireland commenced his responsibilities on January 1st, 2007. Responsible for driving the corporate strategy, Steve is focused on transforming and growing the SAP UKI business while building solid relationships with customers and partners. Steve has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry, of which more than 10 years have been in the software industry.

Steve joins SAP from Business Objects where he most recently held the position of Vice President and General Manager of the North Europe region. Prior to his role at Business Objects, Steve was Vice President and Managing Director of Siebel's North Region (UKI, Nordics and South Africa), and before joining Siebel, Steve served in a number of management positions at Oracle and IBM.

Teri joined SAP in April 2008 as HR Director for the UK and Ireland. Managing a team of 13, she is responsible for attracting, retaining and developing over 800 employees. Teri's role is to ensure that all employees within SAP UKI are engaged in the workplace andhave a good understanding of their career path and opportunities within the company by developing a learning culture.

A priority for Teri in 2008 will be the smooth integration with Business Objects following the recent acquisition and ensuring the successful merger of 2 cultures, driving towards one new business strategy. She has ambitions of making SAP one of the best places to work in the UKI market and is currently putting processes in place to ensure this happens.

Prior to SAP, Teri spent two years running her own firm that provided consultancy to small and medium businesses looking to develop HR capability and specialised in helping leaders and managers develop their skills. She has over 15 years experience in the IT sector in total and has worked for organisations including Cable & Wireless, Microsoft, ICL, Fujitsu and Avanade.

Simon Etherington took on the role of Head of SME, UK and Ireland in February 2008 and is responsible for developing SAP's SME business by increasing the volume of SME customers and increasing penetration into the channel.

Simon will play a central role in the growth strategy for SAP's UK and Ireland SME business as the company continues to broaden its SME portfolio with new solutions such as Business ByDesign. The success of SME sector is crucial to meeting SAP's targets of reaching 100,000 customers by 2010.

Simon has over ten years experience at SAP and prior to his current role, was Director and General Manager of Public Services and Utilities with a responsibility for building strategic partnerships with clients in the public and private sector. Before joining SAP Simon was with IBM for 10 years and SITA for three years.

Simon lives in Richmond with his wife and two young daughters.

Sean Farrington, Regional Vice President and General Manager, UK, Ireland and South Africa, is responsible for Business Objects operations across the region.

He has over 14 years of experience in the business software industry, nine of those within Business Intelligence. Prior to taking his current role he was based in Stockholm responsible for Business Objects Nordic operations.

Before joining Business Objects, he held various management positions at Crystal Decisions and Rockwell's eCommerce division, and spent 14 years serving as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, his last post being as a Helicopter Pilot and Squadron Commander.

As well as being a trained pilot Sean also holds qualifications in Computer Science, Ammunition technology and Logistics.

As Director and General Manager of the Large Enterprise Sales and Operations team, Peter Heffner is responsible for driving the growth and success of the sales force in the UKI to ensure it continues to excel in a highly competitive market. Peter holds responsibility for the implementation and roll-out of key sales initiatives into the UKI market to build on his team's excellent record of acquiring new customers and provide value to existing customers.

Reporting to Steve Rogers, Managing Director UKI and Jose Duarte, Executive Vice President of Large Enterprise EMEA, Peter Heffner's team spans several key vertical industries including Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Communications.

Prior to this role, Peter Heffner operated as Sales Director for the Large Enterprise sales team at SAP UK, where he was responsible for driving the implementation of an industry leading sales model.

Peter has been with SAP for over 11 years, undertaking a variety of roles. He originally joined to manage the Process/CPG Sales team. He was then responsible for the management of the Discrete Sales Team, following this role; he operated as a Global Account Director for a number of the largest UK headquartered customers.

Prior to joining SAP, Heffner was the Director of Sales for SSA.

Winfried Rapp, Chief Financial Director joined SAP UKI after working with SAP Group headquarters in Walldorf for Werner Brandt, Executive Board and the Chief Financial Officer of SAP AG.

Winfried is responsible for the corporation's financial activities and for corporate administration. He has international business experience in a range of industries including logistics and transportation, automotive manufacturing and most recently telecommunications, spending three years working within the Deutsche Telekom Group at T-Mobile in London.

Jonathan Trew, Field Services Director and member of the executive board. Jonathan is responsible for services and support to provide customers with the knowledge, tools, and assistance for business success. Jonathan has 25 years experience in the IT industry, working in commercial organisations, management consultancy and the software industry.

Jonathan joins from Oracle where he has held a number of senior management positions across both the Licence and Consulting lines of business. Prior to Oracle, Jonathan worked for Price Waterhouse, working extensively across many European countries in the Rail, Airline, Retail and Distribution sectors.
